Tournament Eligibility
The Cobb County 3v3 Score for Sod is
a unrestricted sanctioned event open to all players of all ability
levels. Age groups for this year's tournament are U8 - Adult.
Teams
Teams must have a minimum of 3
players and a maximum of 6 players on their rosters. Rosters are set as
of Check in Friday June 15th.
Players and Guest Players
All players must present proof of
age. This includes a player pass of birth certificate.
Format
All games will consist of three
players v three players.
FEES AND DEADLINES
June 3rd, 2012 is the deadline
for all applications. No application will be considered complete without
full payment.
All age groups are $150
a team.
On-line registration:
On-line registration is quick
and easy. On-line registration may be paid by credit card
using Authorize.net. Once your entry is received, the entry fee is
non-refundable. (If your team is not accepted, your entry fee will be
returned in its entirety. While we encourage you to enter early, early
application does not guarantee acceptance.)
Refunds:
We will deposit all funds and return
refunds to all teams not accepted. Once your team has applied,
unless your team is not accepted, your entry fee is non-refundable. In
the event of a COMPLETE rainout, partial refund will be made.
Schedules:
Games will be played on Saturday and
Sunday. Teams will play a minimum of 4 games over the course of the
weekend.
Finals will be played on Sunday.
